All rooms are subject to a mandatory $25 resort fee per room per day (discounted from $40)

Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (subject to change without notice, currently 12.25% occupancy tax, 2% BID Assessment Fee, 1% TMD, and a .3% California nightly state assessment for tourism). Group Rates extend complimentary in-room internet and access to the Hotel’s fitness center to Group reservations.

Occupancy/Bedding:
Single/Double/Triple/Quad Group Rates listed are based on adult occupancy. The maximum occupancy per guest room is four (4) persons. A charge of $25.00 plus applicable taxes per night applies for the third and fourth adult eighteen (18) years and older.
There is no charge for children under eighteen (18) years staying with a parent or adult guardian. Guest rooms feature either one (1) king-size bed or two (2) queen-size beds.

Cancellation Policy:
In the case of non-arrival/no-show or cancellation less than seventy-two (72) hours of arrival date, the Hotel holds the right to charge a one (1) night’s room as a cancellation fee (“Reservation Cancellation Fee”) to the reservation’s method of guarantee.

After you sign up for the conference, our registration system will prompt you to make hotel arrangements in the conference room block. If you do not book a room during conference registration, you may reserve one at a later date by following the the instructions in your confirmation email.

Overnight Self-Parking is available at a rate of $15.00/vehicle/per day (discounted from $23.50).
