When should I arrive?

Please check in and collect your conference materials at the registration desk located in the Lobby Foyer. You will receive a name badge with your welcome packet; please wear it to all conference sessions and evening events.

Registration is open:
Monday, Oct. 14, 12:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 15, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

You must pay the registration fee prior to the conference in order to attend.

How much does it cost to stay at The Westin La Paloma?

For the conference rate, please book your hotel via the online registration process prior to Tuesday, Sept. 24. Rates include guest room internet services; complimentary access to the hotel's fitness facility; 10% discount on spa treatments, group golf rates, and club rentals; and complimentary self-parking.

  • Single & Double Standard Room: $179 USD / night + tax
  • Triple Standard Room: $209 USD / night + tax

I'm staying at The Westin La Paloma. How do I get there from the airport? And when do I check in and check out?

See the hotel website for a map and directions. The hotel does not provide shuttle service.

  • Parking: Complimentary
  • Check-in: 4:00 pm
  • Check-out: 12:00 pm

Luggage storage is available for those who check out before the end of the conference.

What about pre-conference training, certification exams and tutorials?

Training courses, certification exams and tutorials will be held Monday, Oct. 14, and Tuesday, Oct. 15 at an additional cost. They will take place in the conference hotel. If you wish to add a class to your itinerary, you may modify your registration using the link and unique code in your confirmation email. Will there be food?

Yes! A full buffet breakfast is available on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings for conference attendees. Lunch is provided each day, as well. We offer several opportunities for dinner and networking: a welcome dinner at the hotel on Tuesday, a dinner adventure on Wednesday and a dinner reception on Thursday. Please be sure to select the dinner events you'd like to attend during the online registration process.

Dietary restrictions? Contact Lori Harris, and let your server know who you are at each meal. We want to make your week as comfortable as possible.

Is there a dress code?

Business casual.

How do I get conference materials?

Take some time to review the presentation materials we’ve gathered in the JMP User Community. You’ll find papers, slides, e-posters and, in some cases, videos of the talks. We hope you’ll use these valuable resources to continue learning after the conference and share them with colleagues who couldn’t attend.
